does any of the diet food companys?like lean cuisine or weight watchers have prepackaged low carb foods.,y daughter has epilepsy and her doctors had recomended the atkins diet. we have decided not to go with that diet for several reasons so he suggested to try to cut carbs where and when possible

Atkins Diet...answers please?!?I started the atkins diet 3 days ago. So far I love it. Though I wish I could eat a candy bar I don't crave it. I'm doing really well. I am only looking to lose 30 to 40 pounds on this diet however

mother of 2,...need to lose weight?I have a 2 year old and a 4 year old and I need to lose about 20lbs and I will be happy with myself.
