Is this a good, healthy way to lose weight?
I am 5'10" and weigh 168 pounds. I have tried diets ranging from slim-fast to atkins. Then I have come to the realization that it's about lifestyle change since I can't stick to anything in particular
How about that Atkins diet?
This is the 3rd time I've been on it and I want to eat but am sick of the limited choice of menu.. So I wont eat tonight. Is that the secret to this diet? I'm not complaining as it has helped me to loose 20+ pounds everytime I have used it
Anyone have a day by day Atkins menu?
I am just starting the Atkins diet but I would like a menu to copy.
