How about that Atkins diet? |

| This is the 3rd time I've been on it and I want to eat but am sick of the limited choice of menu.. So I wont eat tonight. Is that the secret to this diet? I'm not complaining as it has helped me to loose 20+ pounds everytime I have used it. Anyone have a simalar experience? "I refuse to give in to carbs, gluten, starch, etc etc. And never will I accept 'hydrodgenated oil, high fructose corn syrup, trans fat, etc.etc. What do you think?
