Low intensity workout w/low carb diet. NEED TO LOSE 15-20lbs within 3 ½ week.? |

| Dear Everyone,
I am trying to lose 15-20lbs in the next 3 ½ weeks of time. I was advised to do a low intensity workout, such as, walking on a treadmill on a high incline (8.5 -12.5) at a speed at 2.0 – 2.5 for about 45-60mins 5x a week, with a combination of a low carb diet. I have been eating healthy, most of my carbs during lunch time and try not to eat dinner past 7pm. In addition, I am taking lipo-6 for a metabolism boost and another diet pill from GNC, which burns fat and suppresses the appetite. I have been also drinking at least 2 quarts of water per day to flush my system. Has anyone tried doing this diet or something similar? |
