Can one lose weight just by significantly lowering carbs, but not lowering them as low as 20 per day?
I did the Atkins diet a few years ago and followed it by the book. I did lose about 10 pounds the first 2 weeks, but paid for it. I was so sick and unhappy those 2 weeks. This time I want to lower my carb intake to about 30-40 carbs daily. I know that the results won't be as drastic and quick, but I am wondering if I will still lose weight over time. I want to do it in a way that I won't be so sick!
Yes, I do 40 minutes of cardio, 4 days a week.
