| Don't do atkins, you lose a lot of weight but once you get off it, you gain it all back and then some. My husband lost forty pounds on atkins and gained back 60. |

| google it ! theres usually atkins at like vitamin shops and its like prepared food kinda like jenny craig or those smart ones except not frozen! |

| 20 grams of carbs per day and a reasonable quantity of other stuff.. If you don't want to buy the book, go to the library and check one out. there are a series. I think the first one is Fit or Fat. After you go through the serties, you will probably eat the same things you do, but a more sensible quantity because it helps you develope good eating habits. Less more often. |

| start tomorrow morning, have bacon and eggs (no toast or hashbrowns) put real cream in your coffee. Have a big hamburger pattie and a small green salad with mayo for dressing, or a tuna salad with mayo for lunch, hard boiled egg for snack, big juicy steak and small green salad for dinner, macadamia nuts for snack. NO carbs...... none.
This is the easiest diet to follow, you are never hungry, you can have pork rinds if you want but no regular chips or carbs of any kind. You can eat steak, burger, bacon, chicken, fish, pork chops, ham, all meat weiners, crab, shrimp, eggs, macadamia nuts, and up to 2 small green salads a day. If you crave something sweet, whip real whipping cream with splenda or sweet-n-low and freeze like ice cream. |
