I need to loss weight were do I start?
35, 5'9 240lbs. I need to loss about 40-50lbs, but need to do it right. I tried Atkins and the minute I stopped came back double! Dont drink, I do smoke, pak a day. I have a date to stop Next week. If someone could guide me to something that really works. Food, exercise program, were to start!

Breakfast: Pop tarts 2
Snack: Pepsi\snickers bar
Snack: Beef jerky
Lunch: Fast food or local diner
Snack: Chips
Snack: Pretzals
Dinners: Steak, potato, pasta, milk
